Infant Lead Teacher

The ELC is also accepting applications to keep on file for positions for teachers and assistants who share our Christian mission to glorify God by providing a quality Christ-centered early childhood education dedicated to children's spiritual, social-emotional, physical and cognitive development.

- Minimally, a CDA (Child Development Associate) is required for all positions. 

- Lititz Christian Early Learning Center is licensed through the PA Department of Public Welfare. 

- We are also accredited by ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International) and Pennsylvania’s Keystone STARS program. 

- Employees are expected to follow all guidelines and policies of our accrediting organizations.
